Depends on the person. I have been using Nizoral 2% for 1 year EVERY Day without any problems. If you look at my recent thread you can see it has helped me maintain. ED nizoral 2% Here no problems.

I have been using Nizoral 2% for 5 months straight as my only shampoo. It has maintained and I've noticed some regrowth on the hairline. Will continue doign this. No problems with Test.
