xandrox or spironolactone thanks for the replies, I have read azelaic acid may cause hypopigmentation but i spose the other DHT inhib and Anti-androgens have the same risks? I'm now tossing up between using Xandrox or spironolactone for maintenance. Any comments?

Xandrox Suggestion NeilTom88, have you tried xandrox? i'm sure there are better topical solutions to maintain than minoxidil? My main focus is to maintain not just to regrow hair. Would minoxidil significantly maintain as well as regrow? Does anyone else reckon xandrox is better for maint? Ta
